- Yes, you can use your Noted subscription on multiple devices, but only within the same ecosystem (Apple or Android).
- If you purchased a Noted subscription on iOS (iPhone/iPad), you can use it on Mac and Apple Watch as long as you’re signed in with the same Apple ID.
- If you purchased a Noted subscription on Android, it will only work on your Android devices using the same Google account.
Important: - Subscriptions do not sync between Apple and Android. If you want to use Noted on both platforms, you’ll need to purchase separate subscriptions for each.
- Family Sharing is supported for Apple’s yearly subscription plan, but not for lifetime purchases.
How it works?
When you install or reinstall Noted on a new device, we’ll attempt to restore your subscription or lifetime access automatically.
If it doesn’t, use the Restore Purchases button in Settings > Account on iOS or Settings > Noted+ on macOS.
Troubleshooting Subscription Sync Issues:
If your subscription or lifetime purchase isn’t showing up on another device, try these steps:
- Confirm Apple ID: Ensure you’re signed in with the same Apple ID and iCloud account on all devices. If needed, try signing out and back in.
- Verify Subscription Status: Go to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions on your iPhone or iPad to confirm your Noted subscription is active.
- Restore Purchase: Use the Restore Purchases option in Settings > Account (iOS) or Settings > Noted+ (macOS), then restart your device.
- Reinstall Noted: Delete and reinstall the Noted app.
- Reset Keychain: Turn off Keychain and restart your devices. Enable it first on the original device where you purchased Noted+, then turn it back on for others.
If you’ve tried these steps and still don’t see your subscription or lifetime access, please reach out to us via Support—on iOS, go to Settings > Support, and on macOS, go to Help in the top menu bar.
