If you record a lot of notes, Noted is the perfect app to keep your thoughts organised and ensure all the information you need is exactly where it should be.
With that in mind, we’ve made it super easy to tidy up your notes and notebooks and make sure all your content stays updated and manageable.
Move Notes to Another Notebook

Tap and hold on a note until you see the option to 🗂 Move it, or swipe on a note to reveal the Move icon (the second of the four that appear).
You can either right-click on a note then click Move and select the notebook you want to move the note to, or simply drag and drop a note into another notebook.
Pin Notes and Notebooks

Tap and hold on a note or notebook until you see the option to 📌 Pin it.
Right-click on a note or notebook then select Pin.
Change the Sort Order of Notes & Notebooks

Go to Settings > General > Sorting order, and select the order you want to display your notes and notebooks.
Open Settings, under the General tab you will see Sorting order, where you can change the order you want to display your notes and notebooks.
Rename a Notebook

Tap and hold on a notebook until you see the option to 📝 Rename it. Alternatively, swipe left on a notebook and tap on the ⋯ icon, then tap Rename under Notebook Actions.
Right-click on a notebook then select Rename.
Quick tip: A note’s name is taken directly from the first line of its content. To change it, simply update the first line within the note or add the desired name as a heading to the start of the note.
